Meals on Charter

One of the most important components of a successful charter is the food. This may sound slightly ridiculous, but it is true; the guests plan their entire day aboard the yacht around meals.

For breakfast I set up a large buffet-style spread, with fresh-squeezed orange and grapefruit juice, croissants and pastries that one of the boys have gone into town and bought from a bakery, muffins baked by out chef, an array of cereals, fruit platters and yoghurts. In addition, any cooked breakfast under the sun is available.

Lunch and dinners are formal affairs, with extensive table settings and 3 or more course meals. Guests usually prolong these repasts, enjoying the amazing food and atmosphere.

Our chef is wonderful at her job- she manages to make positively delicious culinary delights, in addition to breathtaking works of art. For this reason, I have added a small photo gallery of the meals we have served in the past few days.
